Is “MyWebFace” full of spyware?

I wanted to download the My WebFace because I wanted to try making a photo into a cartoon. When I went to install it, it wanted to install a toolbar. Seems fishy. What do you think?

McAfee SiteAdvisor tests mywebface.com for Adware, spam, scams, … comes with millons of malware,spyware,crapware,trojans,viruses,andthe dangrous toolbars.
WOT did not like it either
