how do u clear out the msn messenger spam virus? i accidently clicked the spam link?

my friend got the spam, lol the funny thing was we was talking bout a picture and then a spam msg said these ur pictures? and i clikced it and realized, spam.. is there a way to clear that? i changed my password but idk if thats good enough? run a spyware scan maybe? if anyone knows plz let me kno ;]

use activescan for online scanning ..
if it finds some files and won`t delete them (due to commercial reasons that might happen) copy&paste the report on the notepad, search the files and delete them. don’t forget to unable your antivirus temporally before online scanning
