can someone kill the maker of files secure?

my brother’s pc got infected with files secure. he loves porn like i do, but he’s a bit stupid when it comes to internet threats.who would click on an error message while browsing a porn site?!?! jeez!!! anyway, i think i managed to remove it using some anti-virus and spyware i had in my disposal. but everytime i double click on a drive, an error message associated with this bugger still appears, saying “your computer is infected blah blah blah..”. any idea how i could remove it?
