What’s a MRU list? Is it a spyware?
I scanned my computer with Ad-Aware SE and it came out with several of MRU lists.
MRU stands for Most Recently Used. It is a list of your most recently visited web page, opened documents, etc. For instance, open Microsoft Word, click menu File. At the bottom of the menu you see that there is a list of previous documents. That is MRU list. A lot of software create and use MRU list.
No, it is not a spyware. It’s just a list. Like “History”.
