have 3mb line but am getting a slow download speed i have norton and yah spyware and history eraser any soluti

my norton antivirus is up to date and so is yahoo antispyware and my history eraser the only possible solution is that i perhaps download too much and have been put in a group of heavy downloaders or is bt working on the power lines
