Coupon site for 10% face value–what is the url???

I saw an article about online coupons recently and really wanted to try something she suggested but now I can’t find the article. Apparently, there is a site with tons of newspaper coupons from all over the country. You just look through what’s available and tell them how many of each coupon you want and they ship it to you for about $5 (around there, I’m not sure exactly) plus 10% of the face value of the coupons. It was supposed to take about 5 days to get your coupons. With money so tight lately I’d really like to give this a try but can’t find the url or article or anything, just a bunch of spyware-laden printable coupon sites. Ugh!!! If this is ringing any bells for anybody and you think that you know what the url is please please please clue me in!
