How do I get rid of the fake windows security center?

Ok… so I know its been posted before… but I cannot get it done… I can post a log from HiJackThis if needed, but no matter what I do, the virus/spyware is one step ahead… it stops programs that can remove it from opening and gives me a blue screen error and restarts my computer when I get close… Any Help would be appreciated… It creates an addiction item in my task toolbar called error… and when you click it brings up a nearly perfect identical Windows Security Center, except most of the buttons don’t work, and it tries to get you to buy their product… Help plz… I have been searching the internet for over 12 hours and trying things…

Download Malwarebytes from here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
You may need to rename the file you download to install it as malware often stops known antispyware from installing. Rename it as something else.

Install and scan fully. If required, boot into safe mode and scan again (F8 pressed after boot).
