CCleaner or Spyware cleaner. Which one is the best for my laptop?

I do have CCleaner on my laptop, but I want to know if spyware & malware clog up my laptop too (causing it to run slow) and if so should I get an anti-spyware/malware protection too? Or is CCleaner all I need (that can clean spyware/malware too)?

CCleaner doesn’t protect against spy/malware. It just cleans up and deletes non vital data taking up space.
