I had the spyware protect 2009 and used spyware doctor but now..?

but now, it said STARTUP MEMORY CLEANER HAS DETECTED AND SUCCESFULLY REMOVED 3 INFECTIONS

and says INTELLIGUARD PROTECTION ACTIVATE NOW ?
and umm.. the Spyware protect 2009 is not appearing anymore but does this mean it’s gone ?
btw i removed SPYWARE DOCTOR from my PC already too
