How do I get rid of the spyware off my Laptop?

I am sending this message to you from my DESKTOP because my laptop is full of spyware, i have tried spyware bot search and destroy but it keeps crashing once its about to delete the spyware, my computer keeps crashing, and i’ve tried several other spyware removal software packages, im starting to get to the point where i would do anything to get the spyware off my computer!!!
