What does the ”ignore” button on spyware begone mean?

Alright, This is going to probably sound really stupid but, I downloaded SPYWARE BEGONE version 10, the latest version. It found 4 spy wares, It basically had the one option to put them on the ignore list after it got done scanning. Does that mean i basically quarantined them? And i’m just asking because then it also gave me another option when i went to the ignore list to delete them, now would i delete them from the ignore list or from my laptop? Because I am afraid if i delete them, It’s there going to be active again.

Just leave them where they are would be the safest way. As long as they are there they cant harm your comp.
