I installed all known spyware, adware remover, I'm still pop ups. What can I do to get rid of pop ups

I installed the root web, adaware, spybot windows defender, and other goods soft goods to remove spyware and adware, but I still see Senior annoying and disturbing pop advertising and especially network.realmedaia.com view.atdmt.com. What can I do to get rid of these adware. Where can I find help? or how can I clean my system of this pop up without losing my data.
