INFECTED by Spyware Protect 2009?

I got this pop up in my tray saying i’ve been infected but the program thats alerting me is a fake Spyware Protect 2009 thats downloaded itself in my computer. I can’t clean it myself because i could kill my PC because of the tricky removal process. Spyware doctor found nothing even though its apparently supposed to and ad ad adaware 2008 didnt find anything. Not even AVG antivirus…what free program can i use thats legit that will removed this fake program. Its making my computer slowwwww.
