What spyware/malware/Adware would you recommend and why?

Do you think one software program can efficiently get rid of them? or do you think
more is better?
What is your reason for your recommendation?

I’d recommend getting these two:

Ad-aware Personal:

Spybot Search and Destroy:

http://www.safer-networking.org/

as they both find different adware and spyware, some ad/spyware isn’t found using one and vice versa. You could also get Windows Defender:

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

But I don’t really like this product just yet and trust the above two a lot more.

The above two have been around for a while and have constant updates, so they’re more trustworthy in my opinion and seem to get the job done really well. I use both and get rid of all the spyware/adware on my computer really easily.
