Why is my computer still running slow even after removing Malware/Spyware?
I had run the AVG anti-virus and it found a few things that it couldn’t remove, till reboot. I would reboot and still wouldn’t get rid of it. So I turned off the “system restore” and ran Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, Trojan Remover, spyware terminator, and SuperAntispyware. Each one found malware/Adware and deleted everything. Just ran my anti-virus again, and its clear nothing came up. But now for some reason, my internet’s really slow (using Firefox). Anybody have any idea why even after all the scans?
very likely the virii infected necessary .dll’s, and they needed to be deleted. you need to reload all internet related drivers (like ethernet) and should reinstall firefox too.
