Need to remove malware. Spybot, Ad-aware, and AVG have all failed to find the problem.?

Getting several error messages that state:
//Malware Alert:
//Warning!
//Trojan Adware.w32.expDwldr spyware detected.
The message then gives me the option of d/l all available antispyware software.
There is also a blinking triangle in the lower right toolbar that throws messages like System detected viurs activities.
I have run AVG, Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Arovax to try to locate the problem but nothing is finding it. Someone throw me a bone here for a tool that will remove this.
