how do i remove spyware protect 2009?

ok i keep on getting this pop up, is it possible to remove this manually with out downlaoding other programs? on one particular site theres instructon telling me to remove this by searchign for its file. when i typed in spyware into the search from my start manula, i get a list of result as this
