spyware doctor vs spybot search and destroy?

i have both in my pc right now. i don’t exactly know what they do so i want to remove one or both of them. would that be wise? i mean, i have internet security anyway. should i just keep one? which one do you think then?

Spybot”s Search and Destroy.
Not knowing what they exactly do is a good one.
I’ll say this You may have Internet Security and all but you actually need to do 4 things to be safe, and run them once a week.
1st Good Virus Software, Up to date Virus Definitions.
2nd Run Disk Cleanup from your System Tools.
3rd Run Spybots Search and Destroy.
4th Run LavaSofts Adaware 2007
Doing this will allow you many uninterupted months of good preformance of your computer.
Forget, or quit Running them will only cause your computer to slowdown or quit altogether.
