how do i remove spyware called system security?

my computer recived spy wear I cant find the program to remove it any suggestions thank you DAVE

Download/install free version of SuperAntiSpyware at superantispyware.com. Run (start) the program. It will appear in the system tray. Right click the program in the system tray and check for updates. Then run a full scan and quarantine/remove the malware.
