how to remove the security alert warning is shown in my task bar?

i had already installed anti-spyware& anti virus…
on clicking that warning the link goes to a web page…

Don’t you think it would make life easier for someone to help you if you provided the URL of the web page. Also it would help to know what anti-spyware and anti-virus you have installed.
