How do you remove Total Security 2009?

I fell for that stupid spyware scam and I’ve tried doing everything.
Most programs won’t even launch. I’ve download Spyware Hunter and that made it go away until I rebooted my computer. How do I get rid of it COMPLETELY? I’ve tried downloading programs that are said to get rid of it but Total Security won’t let me download them.
