Problem with rundll32- possible virus?

Hello, I have recently been having numerous problems with my laptop, which I think are linked. It has Windows XP. Firstly, when I look at processes in task manager, rundll32.exe is running. While running, advert pages keep popping up, which wouldn’t usually. They are usually links to a “you may have spyware, get this free scan” sort of site. I used Hijack this and found processes called feyiloto.dll, amongst others, which I am sure are viruses, but cannot find them where Hijack this says they are.

Then take the USB pen drive to your infected PC.
Boot up your PC insafe mode ( press F8 during start up)
Plug in USB drive and use Norman Malware Cleaner to scan.
