Need help with a virus..My computer says I have 42 threats some of which include trojan, dialer, worm, spyware?

rogue, backdoor and adware.. its telling me to purchase a 1 yr subscription to cyber security. I currently have Norton Internet Security installed. Its blocking me from going on websites like craigslist.. Whats the best anti-virus i can get to delete all of these possible threats also is there anything i can get with a free trial? Please help
