Should I quarantine or remove spyware on my computer?

I have spyware doctor for an antivirus software and it has found some trojans, spyware and Adware all are in quarantine, now from the menu I have options to remove, restore or keep in quarantine. What do I do from here. If your not smart on antivirus software, don’t bother answering.
