Remove virus/spyware reinstall windows?
My friend fell for a pop up that said she had spyware on her computer and had to download this software to get it off etc. Of course it’s a virus and now that and spyware is everywhere on the computer. You cannot open anything and everything takes forever to load.
Obviously she will have to reload windows vista and will probably loose all her files. How do you go about reloading windows? Must you first remove the spyware/virus? If so how do you do this? Also when reloading windows do you put the disc in when you restart the computer and press f11 or f12 for more options or do you reinstall windows right from the desktop.

no just format it now what you do is hit f12 and it will give you self explanatory guides just remember to format it using NTFS and there’s 2 ones a quick the others a long one but it just says
