Avg.spybot and spyware dr. will not remove trojan IRC.back.doorflood virus what do I do?

These answers are great and I am thankful for your help. The virus came in in an e-mail from greetingcard.com and I thought it was from my daughter. Unfortunately it was an email I should have not opened. TODAY Avg. Mar.1, had a part, not seen before, “access the file” then I quarantined it in AVG. Do you think it is now clear or not? Thanks for any advice.
