How do i remove Anti spyware 2009 if my internet explorer will not let me open the site to Malwarebytes?! HELP?

Okay, so i downloaded the anti-spyware 2009 by mistake. I can’t get rid of it and it keeps popping if telling me i have trojans and stuff like that. I want to remove it. I know i have to down Malwarebytes, AVG, spybot but when it won’t let me download these programs. Internet explorer always say “This page cannot be displayed.” I tried it with firefox too and it tells me “page cannot connect.” … Does this mean i have a virus thats blocking these sites ? My internet is working fine.
