how to remove spyware & trojan from my computer for free?

my computer says i have a security problem then i found trojan & spyware. how can i remove this? is there an online version cause it takes a while to download?

i have to keep posting this

go to control panel>user accounts and safety>add or remove user accounts>create a new account> new account name> *administrator* > create account>

do NOT worry, this will not ruin all your files on your computer.

once again click on control panel> add or remove user accounts>*continue*> click on your username> delete the account>*keep files*> delete the account

now, all of your computer files, saved games, etc. will be transfered to the new username, AND the virus will not be there anymore

(i know this works i have done it on 3 computers already)
