How to remove Antivirus System PRO?

Ok i have read all of the Internets manual options to delete this program but the AVP always turns off my taskmanager as soon as i start it. Also all of the progams like Malwarebytes’ and Spyware Doctor get turned off as soon as I start them. Another thing I try the run program it gets turned off too. how can i delete this program once and for all.
