Should an anti-spyware programme stop spyware from getting on to my computer?
I am puzzled at the way the Yahoo anti-spyware works. It is part of the Yahoo toolbar, which I have on my computer.
Previously I used NTL’s Netguard anti-spyware, which blocked spyware automatically as it tried to get into my computer.
But with the Yahoo version you have to do a scan, and then remove any of the spyware that Yahoo finds.
Does the Yahoo system give sufficient protection to a computer, or should I be looking for a programme that blocks spyware before it gets on to my computer?
I AM CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!
hello, I am surprised that you are not using PC Guard which was NTL netguard as this is what I am using at the moment it will delete spywear automaticlly so you are never going to get any problems with it. here is the website address for you if you feel that you might again want to use their service’s
