how do i get rid of a spyware that has taken over my home page and directs me to a search page?

by running an Adware away scan (scan only), i got a report of 7 objects in categories such as system restriction, IE UrlSearchHook,IE Url BHO & Toolbar, and Notify Dlls. i’m looking for some free software to remove this infection. the webpage http://nsl-school.org is my home page now(it used to be yahoo.com). i contracted this infection by accidentally clicking on a link that i received through yahoo messenger. this infection in its initial stages used to send out harmful links to all my contacts on yahoo messenger. ppppppppplllllllls HELP!
