TrustedAntivirus/System-Defender?

I need help removing this spyware/adware from my computer. It keeps redirecting me to random websites and every few minutes a new internet window opens itself to TrustedAnrivirus or System-Defender telling me I have spyware on my computer and to buy their software. I also keep getting pop-ups even when I’m not online. I have Norton Internet Security but it’s not detecting anything, I tried Avast and Microsoft’s window defender and the problem still persists. What else can I do to get rid of this?

windows defender should detect these threats, maybe you need to update it and run a scan again. but norton and avast are both wrong choices here, as they are antiviruses and they detect only viruses, while trustedantivirus/systemdefender are malwares.
