PC is infected with spyware.?

My PC is infected with PwDump and LSADump. They’re password stealing software. Something about sending Windows password hashes to a remote computer. I use Norton with Verizon Yahoo Online Protection. The anti-spy cannot delete it, because it’s an ‘unsupported’ file. I went to the Symantec site for instructions to manually remove it, I deleted the infected files from the registry, but it’s still there! I tried System Restore, but I could only click on a bold date, and the only bold date on there is today and yesterday. If I re-install Windows, too much will be lost. And Norton will charge $100 to remotely remove it. Any ideas?
I did the Windows scan, it said it deleted the files, but when I did a scan with Norton it’s still there-I migt just have to copy the data onto a CD and reload WIndows. So how can I copy the data withouth copying the spyware?
I rescanned with the Windows Live scanner, didn’t pick up anything. But why does Norton still see the spyware?
