I have Windows Defender & Symantec Antivirus but I got 3 toolbar add-ons that are possible spyware. How 2 rid?

The Automatic Update is turned off everytime I reboot. My privacy setting is set to ‘accept all cookies’ everytime I reboot. The add-ons are: tbFree.dll – Conduit Ltd. This is a toolbar and a BHO. I got this from www.applian.com and keepvid.com.
The other 2 don’t have publishers: urqNEuut.dll and iifcCtUo.dll. When I try to disable them, they re-enable themselves once I re-open the browser. This is happening on both IE7 and Foxfire. How do I DELETE the add-ons? I really don’t want to reinstall my operating system AGAIN. I talk to Symantec about their remote virus removal service, but its 100 bucks and thats something I don’t have right now, and time is of the essence. What can I do?

BHODemon and Toolbar Cop are similar programs that will show you all of the seen and unseen toolbars and BHOs (Browser Helper Objects) on your system and let you disable them.
