my computer plays weird sounds and ive run registry cleaner, spyware, anti virus defragment and it still plays

what do i do??
it plays like some sord of orchestra. and before it used to play “you have been chosen to receive two free ipod nanos etc” with no windows open

sounds like Adware. look for small wav files or maybe in add/remove, it may have come bundled with some software you downloaded. spybot or adaware should be able to find it.
