What do i do about my laptop? My Dell xps m140 is always freezing and is so slow it skips anytime i hear audio?

I have bought every anti virus, spyware cyberdefense registry patrol, everything and my laptop says i don’t have a virus but my computer runs like i do, can anyone lead me to the right sites for help or know what is wrong it would really help, i don’t want to toss this laptop but at this point i don’t know what else to do!

If you’ve tried all those anti-virus, spyware etc softwares and it did not work, then I would probably reformat your hard drive. Sometimes antiviruses/spyware removers will not delete 100% of the viruses.
