Ok here is my question, having been a windows user all along my computing life,,,,?
I was wondering how many maintenance tools Macs require?? We need antivirus, registry checkers, spyware, Adware tools, we need to defrag and run disk cleaner tools, let alone removing cookies and emptying the temporary internet files occasionally. which of these processes can be eliminated by using a Mac?? Please list each one. And feel free to elaborate if you feel the need.
Many of these things cost a lot of money to purchase the software individually. You could probably spend about $250 real easy on enough after market stuff to do all the things I have listed. If you are knowledgeable you can find many of these softwares for free online. That also doesnt mention how much space your machine gives up to run these things.
It especially doesnt tell you how much time you lose in front of the computer running these softwares. If you have enough time with these things you know what I mean. You could almost open your own tech support team business!!

a light dusting is sufficient for a mac!
Unless you run XP or Vista on your mac, in which case you need it all!
OS X has no wild viruses, no registry, no spyware, no adware, self-defrags, and keeps the disk in order!
