My computer has a virus/spyware that redirects my web searches. How do I get rid of it? AVG can’t do it.?

It also stops me downloading anti-spyware. I downloaded ad-Adware and then told me I may not have appropriate permission to use it.What is going on. HELP ME!!!!

I’m giving you two links the first one tells you how to install or download malwarebytes anti-malware if it’s being blocked by Malware. The second one is a link to download.com and a program called Malwarebytes anti-malware. Once you get Malwarebytes installed and updated run a scan.It malwarebytes can not fix the problem post again. I think you may have a nasty rootkit. AVG does not protect from rootkits. But your first step is to run Malwarebytes hopefully that will be good enough.
