I keep getting these popups from antispyweb.net about spyware alerts,i get them about every 20 seconds..HELP!!

The popups keep saying spyware alert from System Protection Center, it is totally screwing up my computer..Anyone know how to delete or stop it ????? the url is www.antispyweb.net and it also says something about Spyware Soldier.. I can hardly access Yahoo, without it affecting eveything I do there..
