What is the best all-in-one anti-virus, spyware, and malware removal and protection software?

Don’t tell me it is Norton because I have Norton 2007 and my computer is jacked up. I run a full system scan and it doesn’t find the trojan that is causeing pop-ups and other crappy programs to self-install on my computer. I heard F-scan or something like that was the best.
