PERSONAL GUARD 2009………?
WHAT IS THIS? IT WONT GO AWAY! ITS BLOCKING ACCESS TO MY CONTROL PANEL, SYSTEM RESTORE, IT WONT EVEN ALLOW ME TO DWNLOAD MALWARE OR A ANTISPY PROGRAM….ALL IT WILL ALLOW ME TO DO IS PURCHASE THEIR SOFTWARE AND I REFUSE…..ITS CONSTANTLY GIVING ALERTS THAT MY COMPUTER IS INFECTED……WHAT TO DO….WHAT TO DO…..SO TELLING ME TO DOWNLOAD MALWARE OR ANOTHER SORT OF SPYWARE/ANTIVIRUS JUST WONT WRK COS IT WONT ALLOW ME TO RUN THE PROGRAMS……..OR EVEN DWNLOAD’EM FOR THAT MATTER……….

Follow these steps and see whether you can remove it.
Get the Task manager (alt+ctrl+del or right click on task bar> task manager)
Go to processes tab and end task of below processes.
PersonalGuard2009.exe
uninstall.exe
Open registry editor ( go to Start> RUN and type regedit and enter.)
Locate below registry key and delete it.
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun “Personal Guard 2009?
