How do I restore items deleted in the Windows Live OneCare Safety Scanner?

I ran the Safety Scanner because my computer kept freezing up while online. The suggestions mentioned Adware, spyware, etc. Now, my computer doesn’t even recognize that it has a D: or E: drive. I tried to reinstall it, but it says the registry is incomplete (code 19). Please help me!

Go in the options. Live care does a backup. You can also click on the START menu and go to the Live-Care menu and do it from there as well. It says Backup & Restore.
