how do i get rid of a folder and contents named vxwvsxvx?

Twister Anti-TrojanVirus
avast! Antivirus

if you can actually get to the folder itself……cut and paste it to desktop or drag it, then reboot, then attempt to delete it. I have found that some stubborn ones can be removed by this simple trick.
