spyfalcon removal?

we pay so much money to protect our computers with antivirus and spyware program, we still get viruses (Like spy falcone) and we are asked to buy more programs to get rid of it Norton will not answer or help for these question.. I have a feeling that the viruses are designed and sent by the antivirus companies (who else will spend his life inventing and sending viruses and why?)

Ya, I hear ya brother. I am in the business and I do not even run any virus protection nor Adware crap or spybot propaganda. I have yet to get a virus? Never been infected in 16 years, it baffles me to no end all the computers that come into my shop infected, and they all have umpteen programs on their system to protect them, doesn’t seem to work all that well does it! I still say my behaviour and my brain are the best firewall/virus protection.
