RUNDLL Error loading C:Progra~MyWEB~1bar2.binM3Plugin.DLL?

The specified module could not be found. click ok. I have asked this question 3 days ago and have done the following. I have gone into control panel and add/remove programs. mywebsearch is not there for me to remove. I have download avg antivirus & run scan it found tracking cookies etc. deleted everything it said still have problem plus now computer runs EXTREMELY slow – very aggravating. I have gone into safe mode and tried a system restore but it tells me my systems has not changed and can not do a system restore. I am lost and don’t know what to do now. If I can’t find this leftover spyware or adware how do I remove it? Could it be something else?

i have a RUNDLL error to it keeps popping up when i turn on my computer i just keep exiting it out then use my web browser
