How to remove virus that is redirecting my web browser?

Seems I have a virus that is redirecting me in both IEand Mozilla. The redirects come up as globex or farmyard and send me to random sites such as fake spyware remover and other search engines. I’ve disabled IE ( can’t remove it). removed and reloaded Mozilla, Disabled javascript in Mozilla (impractical and doesn’t seem to work all the time). Put on the mozilla alert to stop redirects- not much use as don’t get to requested site. Cleared Cookies looked for and deleted all new files I can find and tried to do system restore- which doesn’t work either. Have Nod 32 which recognises the malware when get posted to the fake spyware scan site, have done full system scan with this, Spybot and spyware blaster. NOD has identified several files in Win 32 folder and deleted them and Windows Defender has also alerted and deleted files but still problem persists.
