Spyware help?

Windows detected spyware in my computer.
Messege said “windows will now install updated antispyware .click here to proteco PC.”
But nothing happens by clicking messege.
I went to microsoft.com & Installed antispyware and malicious software removal tool & scaned my PC.
But still the messege is appearing .What to do ?

I would scan my PC with something better than microsoft.
