Where can I find a good automatic-response thing for Windows Live Messenger?

I’m looking for something free, with no viruses or adware and that is easy to download and use…I’m not that great with computers. Sorry I’m being so picky…but pretty please? =) Oh, and by the way, I don’t have Plus.
