Megaupload Downloading?

Hi folks! I’m in singapore and whenever I want to download stuff from Megaupload, it says that my country download slot limit has reached it’s limit. How do I bypass it? I tried to install the Megaupload toolbar, which is a definite NO-NO cause it comes with so much Adware and spyware! Even if I used the toolbar, I still get the limit message. Also, I tried to use other country’s proxy, but that works only on rare occasions.
