Need help with exact step by step of configuring Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 using RPC over HTTP?

I need extremely detail steps to make it work. I tried everything I can find on the net to no avail. It’s Win 2003 Enterprise (PDC) and Exchange 2003 Enterprise running in VMware virtual environment. Win 2003 sports regular Windows Firewall, McAfee AntiVirus enterprise + anti spyware module. Router is SMC Barricade in site-to-site VPN configuration. I got everything else working; SMTP, POP3, OWA, but RPC over HTTP. I use the usual domain naming convention: internally a.b.local but outside is a.b.com. Thanks a lot.

hard to say if anyone is going to be able to help you, know i’ve never specifically set this up. but telling us what you cant get to work would help out :o how is it not working? where do you think the configuration is messed up? what steps are you doing and what step are you stuck at?
